After Jane Rosov’s parents were hospitalized, she turned to Charles E. Smith Life Communities for specialized short-term rehabilitation care. Later, when her mother needed skilled nursing care, Charles E. Smith Life Communities was there once again. She saw firsthand the loving care provided to her parents and other residents.

Wanting to give back, Jane began volunteering at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington (HHGW), finding fulfillment in supporting the community that had supported her family. But she wished she could do even more. While a large donation wasn’t possible, she discovered a simple yet powerful way to make a lasting impact—naming HHGW as a beneficiary of her retirement savings account.

In just 10 minutes, without the need for an attorney, Jane ensured that when the time comes, her legacy will be shared between her two children and the organization she holds dear. Through this thoughtful decision, she is helping to ensure future generations of older adults receive the same compassionate care that meant so much to her family.
